In this video, we’re going to show you how the Parts for Trucks Shop by Store Feature works, allowing you to purchase parts from any branch, see inventory nationwide and choose from more delivery options. Let’s get into it!
The first step is to login to your account on partsfortrucks.com, once you’ve done that, you’ll see in the top left-hand corner, a red button with your local branch on it. When you click it, you’ll see a list of all our location nationwide, select the branch you want to shop from, or search for your local branch by Postal code, click save and carry on with your purchase as you normally would.

When you click on it, you’ll see a list of all our locations nationwide. Select the branch you want to shop from, or search for your local branch by postal code. Click 'Save' and continue with your purchase as usual.
You don’t need to choose a location from this menu to make a purchase, when you login, you will automatically be shopping from your default branch, which our team set for you when your account was created if you want to shop from another location, select your branch after logging in.
Our shipping methods have expanded too, you can now choose between pickup from your selected branch, Parts for Trucks Delivery, or, shipping by courier. If you select the courier option, you will be asked for the name of the courier you’re using and the courier number.
Once you’ve completed your order, our team will start to prepare it and will get it to you as quickly as possible.

Can I place one order out of two branches?
No. You are restricted to place your full order from only one location. If you would like to make purchases from different locations, please place an individual order for each location.
I selected my branch before logging in and now it’s different.
When you log in, the website automatically sets you to your local branch, if this happens, simply select your desired branch and carry on with your order
The branch I’m looking for isn’t listed.
Currently, not all branches are available for online shopping, if you want to make a purchase from a branch that is not listed, you can still do so by phone. For contact information, please visit our locations page.
How do I know what branch I’m shopping from?
At any time, you can refer to the very top of the website on the left-hand side, there, you will be the branch you are currently shopping from in white text on a red button. This is also where you can go to change your branch.
What happens if I place my order out of a branch on the other side of the country for delivery?
We can ship products to from any of our locations, but purchasing from a branch that is far away from your delivery address may result in delays and additional shipping costs.
