Customizing Orders Dashboard

The orders dashboard is a powerful tool to help you keep track of order placed on your account.

Accessing the Orders Dashboard 

To access your orders dashboard, click Manage Account which is located in the header of the webpage underneath your email address. Then, from the left-hand menu, select Orders

Managing the View

When the page initially loads, you will see every order that has been placed on the company’s account. o get the most out of this page, it is recommend you customize the dashboard. To do this, navigate to the very right of the page and click Columns. You will be presented with a long list of options you can choose from. Select/deselect the desired fields you wish to view. Once you have chosen all the fields you wish to view, click the X in the top right-hand corner. The order panel will now only show the selected fields.

Filtering Results 

You can further refine your results by filtering the columns you have selected. Below each column header is a text field with 3 horizontal lines, click the lines and you will be asked to choose an operator (greater than, contains, equals, etc.) select your desired option and then fill out the second field with the appropriate value. Lastly, Click Apply.

This will show all order values greater than $1000

Saving Your Dashboard

Once you have your dashboard customized the way you want it, it is recommended you save it. To do this:

  1. Click views from the right-hand side.
  2. Click “Add View” 
  3. Give your View a Name
  4. If the dashboard you’ve created is what you would like to see when you load the page on future visits, select the “Default” checkbox
  5. If you’d like to share this dashboard with other people in your company, select the “Company” checkbox
  6. Click Add

Any filters set in the previous step will also be saved for future visits.

Exporting Dashboard 

You can export your dashboard at anytime by clicking the teal Actions button in the top-righthand corner. You can export your dashboard for Excel, PDF or Sage.
