The following article is for customers who are unable to view inventory and/or unable to check out because they receive an error message.
The most common cause of these issues is due to the warehouse not being selected. Once logged in, at the top of the page, you’ll see your account number, company name and then a dropdown that displays your warehouses (highlighted in red below)
If you see “Default warehouse” click it and from the dropdown and select your company name. There will only be one option to choose from unless you have multiple Ship to locations registered with us.
After selecting your warehouse, refresh your webpage and you should be able to see inventory and complete your checkout.
